Our Team
Dr. Ashley Schramm, PT, DPT
Physical TherapistAshley earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center and has extensive experience treating children from 2 weeks to 21 years old. She has worked with a wide variety of diagnoses including neurological conditions, developmental delays, orthopedic and athletic injuries, and postural and movement impairments.
Ashley is a Functional Movement Technique (FMT) Certified Pediatric Kinesiology Tape Practitioner and is also certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). She loves helping kids build strength, confidence, and independence while making therapy feel fun and approachable. Whether it’s improving balance, reaching milestones, returning to sports, or simply making everyday movement easier, Ashley enjoys finding creative ways to help each child succeed.
Emily Buma, M.S., CCC-SLP
Speech Language PathologistEmily earned her Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Utah and completed a Fellowship in Allen, Texas, where she received her Certificate of Clinical Competence. She has experience supporting children with a wide range of communication profiles, including AAC users, gestalt language disorders. Emily's specialty is treating childhood apraxia of speech, a motor-planning speech sound disorder. She is passionate about building strong, positive relationships with every child she serves and uses a child-led, play-based therapy style to help them grow confident in their communication skills.
Melissa Campos, OTD, OTR
Occupational TherapistMelissa earned her Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree from Texas Woman’s University and has experience treating both children and adults.
As an OT her goal is to build essential skills to build confidence, independence, and success in everyday life. Melissa has a passion for helping kids meet their unique goals by meeting them where they are and providing a meaningful, fun, and play-based approach! She has had training providing assessment and therapeutic interventions using the DIR Floortime model, as well as training towards becoming a brain injury specialist.
She is bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish.
