At PlayLab Pediatric Therapy, we strive to make high quality therapy services as accessible as possible for families. We accept several major insurance plans and are happy to assist with verifying your benefits prior to your child’s evaluation.

Our team will:

• Verify your insurance benefits

• Submit claims on your behalf

• Bill you directly for any remaining patient responsibility

While we make every effort to confirm coverage in advance, please note that all services are ultimately billed on a fee-for-service basis, and families are responsible for charges not covered by insurance if claims are denied.
